Integration after Rosti Polska took over the competitor Bianor. Managing a merger program with approximately 1,400 employees. The Fusion program also included the expansion of one production plant and the transfer of 450 employees to new premises, the relocation of over 70 injection machines, 28 production lines, other production and measuring equipment, offices, the launch of a modern high-bay warehouse (VNA) for 17,000 pallets and the relocation of warehouses.
